Vell, im not realy good english speaker Its sound unit with demo for control Squall.dllI think you dont know what is this)) its fully free library for playing music, samples (wav, mp3, ogg etc.). And this unit make your sound integration in games realy easy.
Well, maybe you need to use Front/Top vectors in SoundSystem?
For monsters you need to use TSoundManager. You can public property in it class (like WalkSound: TSoundManager), then assign to it Sample:
WalkSound.Sample:= ss.Items[hindex]. (eg in create event), and then play and set position of it only. That way you will have personal Channels for all monsters.
